How Phokki works?

Submit your photo to Phokki. Afterwhich, artist will carry out the styling ordered.

Step 3:

Phokki delivers the completed photo within 3 days (the link to hi-res image will be sent via email, not as an email attachment).

- You have an option to have your artwork on various merchandise items including canvas, mugs, as well as t-shirt. Visit our partner – Zazzle for more information. Alternatively, you may visit photo development shops near your place. It can be as cheap as $0.19 cents for 4"x6" print or $12.99 for the poster size 12"x18".
How much can Phokki customise my order?
- You can just tell us what you wanted, and it will be done – whether it is a change of hair color, eye color or even dress color. Or you may suggest your own style by emailing us directly.
Refund and exchange policy?
- We have delegated art professionals to ensure the quality of your order. In the event, however, of customer dissatisfaction, we will restyle your order based on your feedback, on a case by case basis.
How long does it take until I get my artwork?
- Relative to the styling required and complexity involved, the turnaround time for each order may vary. However, we do guarantee a delivery time of less than three days to all our customers.
What is the resolution of the resultant digital artwork?
- The resolution of the artwork will be similar to the original photo, except for vector-based artwork in which resolution can be increased. In most circumstances, Phokki Artists will attempt to increase the resolution according to instructions where possible.
